ENERGETIC® System

The innovative ENERGETIC® System helps the automaker to achieve the goals mandated by the German End-of-Life Vehicle Regulations (Altfahrzeugverordnung), such as improved product design, elimination of waste and rapid recycling. The Energetic die-cast aluminum housing remains on the engine block for the life of the filter system and only the actual filter insert needs to be replaced during service. It is characterized by an environmentally friendly design, ease of service and great potential cost savings.

Protects the environment

During servicing, only the thermal filter insert needs to be replaced, and the oil is separated from the filter material by an integrated drain valve. The amount of waste generated is 90% less than with the conventional screw-on filter!

Easy to service

Service takes less time because the filter insert is so easy to access. The technician simply removes the clipped-in filter insert from the housing with the screw-on cover without ever coming in contact with the oil. No oil escapes during the filter change!

Reduces costs

Individual functions in the corresponding fluid systems can be integrated into a multifunction module and service center by the efficient utilization of the installation space available on the engine.

The elimination of interfaces and connecting lines creates the ideal conditions to reduce size and weight! The need for only one modular component also reduces the work involved in logistics and installation and also significantly reduces costs
