Filters for cleaning equipment
In the field of cleaning equipment, Hengst currently produces filters for industrial vacuum cleaners, wet/dry vacuums and domestic vacuum cleaners. The filters for industrial vacuum cleaners, which are made of cellulose or polyester in round and flat models, have ideal cleaning characteristics because of their widely spaced pleats (ProClean System). Flat pleated filters and filter cartridges for wet and dry vacuum cleaners are also available in various filter classes (e.g. BGIA: L, M, H) with media made of natural and synthetic fibers. These filter media can be further optimized for specific applications (oleophobic and hydrophobic nanofibers, Meltblown, PTFE membrane etc.). For domestic vacuum cleaners, Hengst offers filters for suspended particles filters (HEPA) and high-performance suspended particle filters (ULPA) in accordance with EN 1822 made of glass-fiber media and washable media with a PTFE membrane. In response to a customer request, the materials used can also exhibit long-term high-temperature resistance up to 100 °C.
